This jar of Apple Pie Moonshine, has been perfected over many months. Utilizing ingredients from the area we have come up with the best Apple Pie on the market. Our Apples are sourced from Martin’s Fruit Farm and our Corn is brought in from Floridale feed mill. This shine has shown on the international stage, what it means to keep it local and the difference in utilizing whole ingredients over syrups.
This layered moonshine is like nothing else. Boasting the body of a corn liquor off the start and finishing with a strong caramel/butterscotch aftertaste. This shine has been awarded a silver medal at the Canadian Artisan Spirits Competition and is best mixed into a Caramel Apple Sangria.

Handcrafted Copper Column Still
The Murphy’s Copper Pot Still has been something the brothers have longed to achieve. They started with a modest 100 gallon pot still that had one copper pipe coming out of it and a stainless steel condenser. They would run this still long into the night just to ensure that they had enough corn liquor to fulfill orders. With two years under their belt they ran into a bit of a crossroads. They had the option to upgrade the still and only be out of commission for a short period of time or completely overhaul the distillery and make sure this issue never arose again. The brothers decided to do it all at once. They contracted Mike Delevante to design their still and working alongside him they came up with a masterpiece. Mike brought many years of experience working with other distilleries such as Appleton’s Rum that the brothers knew, he was the right person for this job. Thus, the beautiful work of art situated at 90 Earl Martin Dr. Elmira, ON.
Authentic Appalachian Shine
Operating for about four years, Murphy's Law Moonshine is 100% corn-based shine with a technique that owner Ben Murphy learned in West Virginia while on an athletic scholarship.
We've been doing this a while now and we don't care to brag but others have taken a liking to our products and we thought we should share
