Handcrafted Copper Column Still
The Murphy’s Copper Pot Still has been something the brothers have longed to achieve. They started with a modest 100 gallon pot still that had one copper pipe coming out of it and a stainless steel condenser. They would run this still long into the night just to ensure that they had enough corn liquor to fulfill orders. With two years under their belt they ran into a bit of a crossroads. They had the option to upgrade the still and only be out of commission for a short period of time or completely overhaul the distillery and make sure this issue never arose again. The brothers decided to do it all at once. They contracted Mike Delevante to design their still and working alongside him they came up with a masterpiece. Mike brought many years of experience working with other distilleries such as Appleton’s Rum that the brothers knew, he was the right person for this job. Thus, the beautiful work of art situated at 90 Earl Martin Dr. Elmira, ON.
Authentic Appalachian Shine
Operating for five years, Murphy's Law Moonshine is 100% corn-based shine with a technique that owner Ben Murphy learned in West Virginia while on an athletic scholarship. Later Ben brought this home and started to craft Ontario Moonshine with his younger brother Sullivan on their parents farm.
