Since the doors first opened at Murphy's Law Distillery we have been committed to operating in a way that is sustainable and reduces any environmental impact.
One of the ways that Murphy's Law Distillery achieves sustainability is through its use of local ingredients. The distillery sources all grain from local farms and mills which reduces the carbon footprint associated with transportation and supports local farms. By sourcing locally, Murphy's Law is also able to ensure that its ingredients are of the highest quality, which in turn lead to great tasting shine!
Murphy's Law Distillery also takes steps to reduce any waste within the facility. The distillery recycles all of its glass, cardboard, and plastic waste. All cardboard products are often reused in packaging dividers which are then included in future shipments.
Any grain used is also repackaged and provided to local farms for livestock feed. Did you know that Murphy's Law even uses some of the spent grain for their own livestock? Murphy's Law Distillery then provides employees with their own selection of beef and pork at certain times of the year.
In addition to its commitment to sustainability, Murphy's Law Distillery is also committed to giving back to the community. The distillery designates two to three organizations within the community to donate a portion of profits to each year. Murphy's Law also hosts several charity and non-profit organization events at the distillery throughout the year.
